Hello. I'm Jessica. I'm from Canada. Canada is very great place. There is very cold in winter, but there is cool in summer. Kumamoto is very hot and wet in summer, so I felt uncomfortable. The
Famous food of Canada is maple. It is sweet and delicious. If you eat that, you put the maple on the pancake. I think it is delicious more!! I love how to eat it.

I'm 24 years old. My job is weather announcer. I reflect in the television every day, so I have to be beautiful and must not be cold. I always get up at 3:00 a.m., and the weather news stars at 6:00 a.m. I have to get up early, so I sleep soon when I come back home. I am living alone. I do housework every day. My good dish is a beef stew. If I cook it, I always cook it two days. The taste is very good, I think. I have a boyfriend. His name is Steven. He is very cool. His job is a doctor. We went to same university, and we were same club. When I saw him first, I fell in love. And he also felt same thing with me. We have passed three years since we associated. He loves my stew, so I often cook it.

I like watching movie. If I am free time, I always watch a movie. My favorite movie is 'Green mile'. The movie is very impressed. I watched it first, I was very shocked and sad. I used a box of tissues. Please watch it once!! The movie is long, but you won't repent. And I watched 'Wonted' these days. The movie was also interesting. The movie's hero is very cool and wild. I hate smoking. I don't want every people to smoke. I cannot ride on the car if the driver smokes. I cannot stand the smell, so I would feel sick in the car. And I don't like to stick my dress of the smell. Smoking is not good for healthy, so I think everyone should stop to smoke.

Our vacation

I talked with a lot of people by a speaking class. The class was about summer vacation. There were some questions, and find someone who can answer yes to my questions. If I can find the person, I have to write the person's name. It is a good chance, because I can speak almost classmates. And I'm able to remember their name. I think the university dose not have the connection of the class than a high school. But our department is closer than other department, because our department has these classes. I think it is good for me.

I didn't travel outside of Kyushu during vacation, but I went to Fukuoka twice. I went there for sightseeing in first time. In second time, I went to there to take the travel exam. I thought that Fukuoka was a big city, because there are many high buildings, many cars and a lot of people. I was surprised that twice. And the travel exam was held in Fukuoka College of Economics. The college was very big and very beautiful. I was at a loss, because it was large. But I could know such a large college.

My friends went to many places in summer vacation. For example, Hikari went to America. She said to America was very interesting and good place. I want to go there someday. I thought that Hikari spent wonderful summer vacation. But I found someone who didn't have a good vacation. It was Saeko, because she had a lot of part-time job. She couldn't enjoyed in summer vacation. I'm sorry her, but I thought she could earned a lot of money. We have two summer vacations more, so she will be able to enjoy next vacation.

I knew that there were many persons who went to Amakusa. Amakusa is near in Kumamoto city, and there are many seas, so it was good place for us in summer vacation. Hiromi and Kumi also went to Amakusa. They went there to do a BBQ and to swim in the sea. I was not able to swim in the sea, so I was enviable. But I didn't buy a swim wear in this summer, so I want to buy it next year. And I will go to swim in the sea. I want to go to a Mogusi shore, because the sea is famous for a beautiful sea. I have to diet from today!!

Around the end of a class, we listen to a song. The song's title was Cold Cold Heart. The song was sung by many singers. When we listen to the song, we write the song's text. I didn't listening long time, so it was difficult for me. I thought that I have to study English more. I will do my best next time.

Hello. My name is Yayoi Fujita. Please call me Yayoi! I'm 19 years old. And I go to K.G.U. My birthplace is Amakusa. Amakusa has a lot of beautiful seas, so there is my favorite place. When I was six years old, I moved in Kumamoto city. I was surprised at that time, because there wasn't sea near my house and there were many high buildings in Kumamoto city. But I don't think so that now.

My family is five people. They are my father, mother, older brother and younger sister. My father is an office worker. He is fat, but very interesting. My mother is a housewife. She always is cheerfully. My older brother goes to university. He is very kind. My younger sister goes to high school. She is tall. She is 170 cm. My family is very close, so I like them.

And I have a pet. It is a dog. His name is Tarou. Tarou is a mix, and he is six yeas old. He is my birthday present. When I was 12 years old, he came my home. I wanted to name him, but my father named. I didn't like his name first, but I like it now.

I like my hometown. Because all people who live in Kumamoto are kind and interesting. And Kumamoto has many beautiful rivers and mountains. Famous tourist attraction is Mt. Aso. The mountain is the biggest caldera in the world. If you come to Kumamoto, please go there. You will be moved. And Kumamoto's water is all underground water, so we can drink delicious water everyday.

My hobby is watching a movie, because there was tsutaya near my house. So I always went there, and rent some DVDs. But there isn't it now, so I can't rent a DVD there. However I can watch Wowow. Wowow is a TV program and it shows almost movie programs. If I want to watch a movie, I always watch it.

My favorite movie is jiburi. I like animation, so I want to watch it many times. Jiburi is very beautiful picture. When I watch it, the picture heals me. I always get vigor from that. I like the best Sentochihronokamikakusi in jiburi. I love very much, so I watched it 7 times. I'm not tired of it. I recommend it!!

My favorite book is Ryuusei wagon. The book is written by Haruki Murakami. He is famous novelist. His book is very interesting, so I finished reading it soon. I want to read it many times. Please read it!!

My favorite food is a pumpkin, because pumpkin is sweet. When I eat a pumpkin, I feel eat like a dessert. I like a pumpkin stew and pumpkin salad. When my mother cook a stew, I always request to put in pumpkin. Pumpkin stew is sweeter than stew, so it is very delicious. And there is a pumpkin salad in bakery. It is also delicious.

But my hate thing is a tomato. Tomato is not good. When I was born, I can't eat it. I don't like taste, so I don't put into a tomato in salad. But I can eat meat sauce and ketchup, so I always eat that.

My high school is Touryou high school. There is in Omine. My high school is much far from my home, so I took me 40 minutes to go to a school. I always went to a school by bicycle. When it was in the summer, I always sweating all over. My high school rule is very strict, so I was decently dressed.

My part time job is a blow fish shop. The store stands in Sanroadsinsigai. I have worked there for ten months. Blow fish is the highest grade of fish, so almost customers are middle age. And the clerks are very fun, so we are very close.

I don' t have a dream. But I want to take a service industry. I realized that service industry is interesting, because my part time job is it. When I contact with a customer, I am fun. And I like talking many people, so I want to take a job which is able to contact with people.
